Summary:
Metro One’s Strategic Accounts Client Relationship Manager (CRM), is responsible for fostering and maintaining meaningful connections with business clients to drive sales and expand upon existing portfolios (with initial focus on two major clients, but to expand as deemed necessary to support the enterprise on a go-forward basis). The CRM’s duties include meeting with existing clients in-person to discuss new products or services (primary role), determining areas where additional growth is possible (primary role), works up programs that may be of interest (primary role), and assists in the resolution of client issues to preserve relationships (secondarily as this is an Operations and Strategic Accounts function).
The Client Relationship Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and vendors as necessary to support the expansion of existing business. The CRM will provide clients with personalized advice, showcase Metro One’s dedicated model and other service offerings, build rapport and provide quick responses to their inquiries. In addition, the CRM will analyze the company’s communication strategy, negotiations and contracts to identify trends that can improve upon existing organizational procedures that will further showcase our program.
This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all communication channels are open with other internal/external departments to maximize the client experience through One Touch along with our Tableau metrics with the ultimate goal of winning additional business on our differentiators and relationships.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of portfolio management experience
· 5+ years of client relations experience
· Willingness to travel throughout region
· Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements
Client Relationship Manager duties:
· Builds and improves relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners with the sole goal of expanding upon existing and targeted business relationships
· Works directly with Metro One’s Senior Vice Presidents, Portfolio Managers, Regional Directors, and Performance Managers to develop a Strategic Growth Plan for each portfolio of business targeted to include monthly goal setting, e.g., connecting the dots to get the “decision influencers” to award additional work to Metro One. This will entail a detailed plan on next steps and continual follow-up
· Reviews company practices to ensure maximum program satisfaction that can then be utilized to further expand that particular book of business
· Educates and informs clients about the company’s products and services with the goal of how our connected strategy and technology platform is superior to our competitors
· Works with the Operations and Strategic Accounts groups to ensure customer satisfaction is being met at all levels along with recommending ways on improving overall client satisfaction through on-going feedback
· Travels as necessary (estimated travel 50% of time) to continually foster relationships and to provide differentiation between Metro One and other competing groups
· Provides weekly call/meeting/travel report to management along with a monthly report on strategic intent and actual to goal objectives
· Other related projects as necessary to support the growth of existing business
