We currently seeking for Administrative Assistant who will provide support for the executive team. You will offer assistance such as screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring and ordering departmental supplies and managing office equipment requests in relation to maintenance, service calls and other need as requested
Anticipate the needs of the department, take on projects as appropriate, and make suggestions about current process and procedures
Responsible for ordering and monitoring supplies for corporate office
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Provide administrative support to corporate leadership
Answer phones and greet all guests
Manage travel itineraries to include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements, updating calendars with travel information and confirming reservations
Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memorandum, and reports
Manage expense reports in Exponent Hr
