Job Summary

Homefix is looking for 1 more Remodeling Sales Rep. Homefix started in Colorado Springs in 2007 and we have won the Gazette's "Best of the Springs" award 4 out of the last 5 years.   • This is a FULL-TIME position .
  • This is a SALARY position (not commission). The salary will be adjusted every quarter based on the average gross profit generated the previous 4 quarters. You will start out at a low average but be able to quickly work your way up if you are successful at selling.

The Remodeling Sales Rep is responsible for sales concerning all kitchen, basement, and bathroom remodels as well as handyman and roofing jobs. Every project they sell should set the Foreman, Craftsman, and/or Subcontractors up for success to hit forecasted goals and profit margins.

The Project Manager will be provided with leads from Homefix and may also be required to generate some of their own from time to time (but we have more leads than we can handle right now!)

Training is provided.

2018 Deliverables:

The Remodeling Sales Rep will be held accountable for delivering revenue and gross profit goals. The goals will be set cooperatively with the General Manager upon the start of employment.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Show up on time to all estimate appointments and inspections
  • Pictures and details uploaded to JobNimbus after every appointment
  • Weekly sales accountability and production meetings
  • Review JobNimbus reports every day
  • Clear and Frequent communication with customers
  • Create job folders for every sold job
  • Schedule subs and craftsmen
  • Order materials if necessary
  • Maintain a Weekly Google Calendar
  • Weekly forecasting
  • Inform customer of payment draw dates
  • Quality checks / Final walks
  • Yard sign on every job
  • 4 hours of networking every week during the slower seasons

Requirements:

  • Vehicle. Truck is preferred. Need to be able to carry a ladder at all times.
  • At least 5 years of experience in remodeling

Compensation:

  • Weekly Salary: Quarterly Adjusted Salary based on the average Gross Profit generated from previous 4 quarters. (your salary will change each quarter. We will explain during the interview) The first year will probably be the lowest before momentum is gained, but so far our reps have all maintained above $50K the first year.
  • Tip Matching: Homefix will match any cash tips up to $100 per tip.
  • Bonuses:
  • Team bonus. Varies per year and per quarter but could be as high as 8% of annual salary.
  • Christmas and other bonuses - but are not guaranteed
  • Fuel: The employee will be reimbursed for fuel used for business.

Vacation Paid-Time-Off (PTO)

After 90 days from the start of employment the employee will receive 10 days of paid vacation to be taken within the calendar year. The maximum consecutive vacation days off are 5. Blackout period will apply and be set by the Remodeling VP. Vacations must be booked 1 month in advance and be approved by Remodeling VP. Vacation days cannot be banked or carried forward to subsequent years.

Holiday PTO:

After 90 days from the start of employment the employee will receive 7 paid Holidays per year.
