Sales Engineer, Internet Services

Position Overview
Support the sales function of PSAV's Specialty Services. Work with internal RVP of Venue Sales or directly with venue customers throughout the full sales cycle. Create and follow up on direct sales leads. Assist in positioning the services both in the marketplace and how they compliment the company's other offerings.

Key Job Responsibilities
Sales Management

Provide Sales Support and account management to both venue partners and internal organizations with respect to Specialty Services.
Assist in the solicitation and development of new customers
Assist in the identification of new markets and other business development opportunities for Specialty Services offerings.
Work with team to prepare and present clear and persuasive marketing, proposals and presentations for new business.
Sales Support
Provide technical sales support for customer proposals to the sales team. Work with end customer to provide technical solutions to their needs and objections. Support demos and other Sales related initiatives.
Technical Solution Development

Develop technical solutions for customer opportunities. Contribute to ongoing improvements to Specialty Services offerings, and develop new tools and resources designed to provide sales support for the selling community.
Sales Training

Provide technical details about PSAV product offerings in comparison to the competition, helping to grow the knowledge of the PSAV sales team.
Job Qualifications

Minimum 5 years audiovisual and 1 year hospitality experience
Technical Sales experience
Minimum BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree required.
Financial Modeling and business forecasting experiece.
Travel required.
Clear understanding of network functionality and network design as pertains to large segmented networks.
Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge.
A strong background in developing technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and organize time and projects successfully
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
