Inland Companies and Colliers International | Wisconsin is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented, marketing guru to join our Office Landlord Brokerage Team as a Client Services (Marketing) Coordinator at our downtown Milwaukee office. As a Client Services Coordinator you’ll work directly with our Brokers as they support clients with their real estate transaction and space needs.
This role is responsible for a variety of marketing activities including the creation and implementation of strategic marketing plans and budgets for key accounts, organization of the team’s marketing and communications, design of promotional marketing materials, and participation in client and team meetings. The Client Services Coordinator is also part of a group that provides periodic coverage for our receptionist.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
One to five years of professional marketing or communications related experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Familiar with Adobe Suite (intermediate skill level, or above, is desired).
Unmatched attention to detail.
Highly collaborative and able to work well in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
Able to undertake multiple projects and manage shifting priorities.
