Your role at Sephora:
As a Vice President, Retail Operations, you will be responsible creating operational excellence that will continue to set Sephora apart as a retailer that is maniacally focused on the client experience, as well as invested in our store teams’ engagement and growth. Reporting to the SVP of Stores, you will be leading teams who are the liaison between the field organization and the corporate office. In addition, you will: develop and drive a vision for the evolution of operations, implementing a best in class strategic roadmap. Additional responsibilities include:

Serve as a trusted and credible voice of stores, holding the employee experience as paramount to delivering an excellent client experience
Provide strong leadership and serve as a strong coach to accelerate the development of all team members
Strengthen the team’s capabilities around Continuous Improvement, Testing & Measurement and Workload Optimization
Develop the vision, strategy and guidelines for store operations and execution
Collaborate and influence others to gain commitment and bring them "on board“
Identify current business opportunities and help implement the process and tools to improve store execution
Build collaborative partnerships across the organization to deliver the Retail Operations vision and company strategies
Remain current with competition and recommends changes based on how they are evolving their operational efficiencies
Promote a culture of accountability to support organizational goals to meet or exceed expectations
