Technology and Academic Manager

Lab Four Professional Development Center - Memphis, TN (28 days ago)

About Lab Four Lab Four’s mission is to become a key workforce development partner in three ways: by providing the best possible technology training to help businesses become more successful; providing the skills and credentials necessary for individuals to secure stable employment in a high-demand industry; and partnering with other non-profit organizations to help our community fulfill its vast potential.

Lab Four is changing the training industry and changing lives, and that can’t happen without a skilled support team. As the Academic Manager, you will help us stay organized, solve operations problems, and become efficient in a fast-paced, growing environment.

The Technology and Academic Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the activities of the Adjunct Instructors facilitating classes at Lab Four, coaching and offering guidance to instructors, monitoring student academic progress, working closely with Lab Four’s Job Placement Assistance Services (JPAS) department to help ensure that educational goals and objectives are met and students are more than adequately prepared for training-related employment opportunities.

We are a results-oriented organization, and we believe in working smarter, not harder or longer. If you are able to meet your weekly goals by Wednesday or Thursday, you can take the rest of the week off and still be paid as though you worked a full 40 hours.
