*Responsibilities*
- Operate and set up CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to engineering drawings.
- Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes.
- Program and operate CNC machines using CAM programming software.
- Conduct machining operations including milling, turning, and electrical discharge machining.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintain tooling and equipment for optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in Inventor CAM software for CNC programming.
- Experience in electrical discharge machining (EDM) techniques.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles for efficient production processes.
- Familiarity with tooling maintenance and selection.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Pay: $29.77 - $31.47 per hour
