Responsibilities:
Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Cloud Operations organization
Partner with Business and Technology leaders to refine and execute the strategy for the Cloud Operations organization
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives working with multiple delivery teams across Engineering and Customer Support
Drive multi-year program roadmaps including complex and multi-phase roadmaps across multiple contributing teams
Develop & deliver plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support
Develop and maintain communication process across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; Partner with other program managers and project managers to define, socialize and implement organization-wide processes
Prepare and present program and project status, report on key achievements, set up clear and concise reporting dashboards to be shared with key stakeholders on a regular basis
Assess operational processes to identify potential areas of conflict, and develop options to solve/improve; drive on-going process improvements to optimize execution and efficiency; quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions; communicate results clearly and in actionable form
Mentor others in best practices for planning and execution; maintain high standards of communication and consistency

Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
10+ years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 8 or more years leading complex SaaS programs
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices; Experience working with Cloud Service providers like AWS, data centers, service levels, performance, availability and cost management; previous experience supporting Infrastructure, Data Warehouse, DevOps, or cloud operations
Extensive experience driving programs across multiple business units with differing business requirements
Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels
Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria; Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to define and refine the process while keeping things light and adaptable
Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver, will own issues until resolved
Proficiency in planning and reporting tools
