Having developed our entry-level candidates into highly successful billers over the last 18 months, our office is seeking an aspiring senior recruitment consultant to join them in running either a perm desk within a specific vertical of Life Sciences and Pharma. If you have 12 months’ + experience in running either a 180/360 desk but have the feeling there are more profitable opportunities out there, I want to hear from you.

What we offer:
Up to 40% commission on your deals – consultants regularly take-home monthly paychecks of between $19,000 – $40,000
Uncapped commission with NO threshold(make commission from your very first deal)
The average deal value of $30k
OTE of $90-100k+ in year one (more if you come from an established recruitment background)

What we need from you:
Driven, competitive and resilience
Knowledge of your billing figures and targets to-date(knowledge of pharma rec – big plus!)
Target driven and self-motivated, with an innate resilience

Role responsibilities:
Sourcing high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your specialism within the Pharmaceutical sector
Establishing candidate suitability for current and future vacancies
Generating a reliant candidate pool and strong client base
Developing new business through proactive networking and consistent relationship building
Writing advertisements for job boards and LinkedIn
Running an independent desk
Ongoing access to the Barrington James Training & Development program delivered to Director level
