We are implementing an innovative Records Management System (RMS), built by our amazing partner Mark43, as a tool upon which our first responders rely. Our users are diverse, and we are therefore committed to embracing diversity of thought and experience within our team.
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our teams in Texas (Houston/Dallas) in direct support of the Police Departments. In this role you can expect to be deeply involved with understanding and supporting the ultimate users of the product and it's your job to get to know each user – from analyst to detective – to ensure that they transition their workflows to this new RMS in a way that is effective, elegant, and creates champions of the users. You are our advocates onsite, every day, helping the Police Departments across their diverse and vital mission sets.
