## Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with computer management tasks using SCCM
- Manage user accounts, GPOs, DNS settings, and VPN connections
- Support mobile devices and ensure their proper functionality
- Deliver excellent customer service while assisting with desktop support tasks
## Skills
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Office 365, Help desk operations, and technical support
- Experience with DNS configurations and VPN connections
- Customer Service
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices effectively
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams are a plus.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
