Full Job Description
SCAD Savannah seeks a graduate success adviser to serve as the primary contact for graduate students to guide and assist them in completing their SCAD degree program.
In this role, you will help students by providing a thorough understanding of curriculum, graduate policies, and requirements, as well as answering financial aid and billing questions, planning classes, and connecting students with SCAD resources. You will also help retain graduate students through proactive outreach and by delivering services and programming tailored to the university’s mission and value statements.
The successful candidate should work well in one-on-one and group environments. The candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including written, verbal, and public speaking. Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency is essential.
