CI Filing Systems is looking for an experienced professional Customer Service Call Center Representatives with the ability to manage and process customer orders for a wide array of accounts in a fast paced environment.

The position demands a can do attitude, organization, attention to detail, accuracy, heavy data entry, phone skills, problem solving, ability to learn quickly, handle a very heavy workload and adapt to ever-changing situations.

All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as very strong math and computer skills. We are looking for a self-motivated person who can work both independently as well as part of a cohesive team.

The representative will perform the following duties:

  • Communicate directly with customers via phone to discuss necessary info needed to quote jobs and/or secure orders
  • Provides real-time quotes
  • Enter pertinent information into ERP tool regarding customer needs and concerns. i.e. current points of contact, shipping requirements, historical data, conversation history.
  • Documents calls into ERP and follows up as needed.
  • Offer complimentary products as pertinent.
  • Provide requested info to callers: tracking numbers, send invoice copies, provide ship date, order status
  • Proactively contact customers on a scheduled basis to promote items/sales and gather information. Pass along leads to outside sales
  • Understand and work toward targets and goals
  • Spend appropriate time in direct contact with clients
  • Keep track of issues to present daily

Must be dependable, responsible, with reliable attendance. Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8-5PM, including overtime if required (rarely, weekends are required). This is hourly paid position with benefits and a retirement plan.
