REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside in the State of Missouri
- 2 years minimum sales experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Strong oral and written communications are a must.
- Business development and marketing experience is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Insurance rating programs and primary website navigation.
- Must possess a valid Driver's license and Life Insurance License.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a Financial Needs Analysis to determine potential buyers' needs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that offer solutions to identified needs.
- Build caring and enduring customer relationships for success in this role.
- Develop a deep understanding of Catholic Life products and policies for continual improvement.
