This position is responsible for supporting IAAS engagements through data analytic tools and processes. Responsible for working closely with audit teams and data analytics team to support data-driven objectives that help assess and identify potential risk. This includes assisting data analytics team members with identifying and integrating data sources, validating control totals, and develop and execute data analytic procedures to identify risk. Team members in this role will use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to help build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data.
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Develop data-driven objectives to assess risks and controls
Learn the systems and data-sources to retrieve and validate the data
Use analytic tools to script/program/visualize the data and objectives
Analyze and document observations and potential issues
Manage and maintain Data Analytics platforms including being custodian of Protected information
Assist in all phases of audit engagements to embed Data Analytics
Drive Data Analytics program to grow capabilities and maturity

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field) or equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on data prep/profiling and ETL experience
2+ years of data management experience
1+ years of programming experience (e.g., SQL Language (Microsoft T-SQL/Oracle PL/SQL), R, Python, etc.)
Data visualization experience (ex, Tableau, Excel Pivot Tables/Charts, Power BI, etc.)
Strong Excel skills with familiarity working with multiple file types
Advanced analytics experience (SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
Big Data analytics experience (Hadoop)
ETL Tools (SSIS, Alteryx)
Internal Audit / Control Experience
Experience working in a Healthcare Industry and/or a complex IT environment
