This position directs the overall development and execution of the Company’s Clear Aligner marketing strategies, and is responsible for ensuring the Company meets its Clear aligner financial targets. Responsible for assessment of existing and potential market opportunities, development of product strategies, promotional activities, and product launches. Responsible for recruiting and developing KOLS and directing the development of CE content and event planning. Deliverables may include the development of sales support tools; advertising and promotion planning; planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs; and directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
Establishes annual budgets.
Responsible for marketing collateral development. Directs Product Management to ensure proper brand development.
Works with International Sales and Marketing to ensure global brand positioning and implementation of corporate initiatives.
Works with Sales to forecast revenue projections and sets performance goals accordingly. Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, etc.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Works with engineering to direct product research and development. Monitors and evaluates the activities and product of the competition. Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 7 or more years of management experience.
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.

Clear Aligner sales and marketing experience is a plus.
