Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls from customers regarding follow up on orders, and customer service requests. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service assistance pertaining to customer inquiries or needs regarding Paper Mart Products, via telephone and email. The position requires the ability to resolve product or service problems and determine the course of action to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Assists customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining proper course of action
  • Contributes to team effort
  • Misc. duties as assigned
