The Information Systems Administrator keeps company operations running smoothly through the maintenance and administration of the company’s network and servers. Reports to the Director of Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all aspects of network and servers including:
Network: DHCP, DNS, switches and associated infrastructure
Firewall: security, updates and monitoring
Domain: Active Directory and Group Policy Management
Windows Servers: security, applications, updates and back-up
Promptly resolves network and server issues, including hardware and software problems
Provides internal customer support and interaction using hands-on support, and excellent oral and written communication skills
Performs many concurrent projects in a dynamic work environment with varying assignments and priorities
Maintains company Information System organizational tools
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education: Associates Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Required Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with network administration (AD, DHCP, DNS) and Windows Server experience, including hardware/infrastructure experience with firewall, switches
Preferred Experience: Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen
