As a Data Security Big Data Developer, you will be part of this exiting and fast-paced development team focusing on critical work streams, SHRP issue, and policy exceptions including data encryption, access control, data masking, data tokenization, data scanning, data archival and purging, and etc. Code quality, security and nimbleness are of utmost importance as is the ability to partner successfully with teams across the firm. While there maybe hundreds of opportunities to make your mark in this team, here are a few things you will be working on:
Ability to take a project from scoping, requirements through actual launch of the project.
Comfortable working on multiple deliverables often with tight deadlines.
Write code, create test data, conduct interfaces and unit tests.
Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications.
Maintain and manage the continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and processes
Create and maintain process documentation for programs.
Assures quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications.
7+ years of application development and implementation experience
1+ year of Big Data experience
1+ year of Hadoop experience
1+ year of Information Security Tools Development Unix and Windows experience
1+ year of Java experience
1+ year of JIRA experience
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in engineering
1+ year of information security experience
Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
Knowledge and understanding of code review, or advanced use of security event information management tools
Knowledge and understanding of information security technology
