Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Cogency Global. The Events Coordinator will report to the Events Manager and will primarily focus on planning and executing virtual and live events, along with some administrative support for the Marketing Team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and execute monthly virtual webinars
- ON24 virtual webcast administration
- Managing and maintaining the technology platform used to administer webinars, ensuring smooth process for registration and user experience
- CLE accreditation, maintenance, and applications
- Coordinating CLE certifications and reporting to states and attendee attorneys and paralegals through email communications
- Organize and file these certifications in SharePoint
o Work with speakers and the content team to produce supporting marketing materials such as PPT decks, handouts and collateral
§ Keep track of timelines and communicate due dates to Marketing and PM teams
§ Run tech rehearsals over a Teams call to orchestrate flow of events by leading speakers and support staff through script and plan of each event
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are updated in Monday.com
- Provide support for live events and conferences
- Assist in the planning, strategy, and execution of live events, including logistics coordination such as exhibitor planning, shipping of materials, and some onsite support

- Manage shared events calendar with internal and external pre-show meetings, and deadlines
o Giveaways planning and management
o Inbound and outbound shipping
- Event lead collection and routing
- Assist in the collection of leads during and after events and webinars, ensuring accurate data capture
- Route leads to the appropriate Sales Teams for follow-up
- Assist Marketing Team with various administrative tasks including expense reports, calendar updates, research, company inbox monitoring, lead routing and etc.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of related experience, preferably in the legal space or a professional services industry
- Strong project management skills are a MUST
- Strong attention to details, and deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable handling multiple events at once
- Operationally minded, self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and troubleshoot event challenges
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills – interacts well with all levels of staff and management with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Results-oriented with high expectations for quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and overall excellence
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proficiency in Monday.com, or other project management software
- Familiarity with CLE accreditation processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of WebEx, Zoom, ON24, or other webinar hosting platforms
- Salesforce, and Hubspot skills are a plus
