Patch Management - Middleware Engineer
Perspecta has an immediate need for aPatch Management - Middleware Engineerin Eagan, MN
Responsible for enterprise level information security protection determining system patching and automation requirements; planning, implementing and testing automation of configuration and patch management solutions; preparing patch management and automation standards, policies and procedures. The objective of this role is to reduce the time to patch Middleware through effective automation.

Skillsets required are:
Ability to automate patching of enterprise middleware.
Interact directly with other members of the Patch Management Teams, including Database, UNIX, Virtualization, OS administrators and developers to assist in the ongoing day-to-day management of the Automation and patching environment supporting all Middleware environments.
o Experience patching Middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat, Wirefire, etc.)
o In-depth knowledge and strong experience in scripting tools. (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins)
o Python Scripting

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or 4 years of related IT work experience.
Extensive experience (7 years) in information security operations and/or related IT operational functions.
Certifications:(One or more required)
CompTIA Security
CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer or CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
