Full Job Description
Process invoices, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable.
Process bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports.
Contribute to larger projects and company goals by working closely with the finance/accounting team.
Possess a BS degree in Accounting or an AA degree with a combination of related coursework and experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office products; requires high level of proficiency in Excel and Quick Books
Have demonstrated competency in use of on-line tools including calendars, PDAs, notebooks, for scheduling and communication, i.e. Slack and Dropbox.
Be detailed oriented, organized and ready to multi-task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely and/or travel to various clients located in Walnut Creek, Berkeley, Pinole, Oakland and San Francisco to support client needs, perform in-house duties, and maintain working relationship.
