- Advise and counsel the Agency workforce; administer HR-related activities; retrieve, compile and analyze workforce data; verify employee qualifications and records; compute service and pay-related data; process HR actions; and communicate timely, accurate and relevant HR information.
-Carry out transactions necessary to ensure that Agency employee and/or recruitment records (for example, personal information, pay, benefit choices, training) are current and accurate.

Qualifications
The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position.
Degree must be in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Business Management, or an HR-related field (e.g. Personnel Counseling Services, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management). At the bachelor's level, may also be in a related field (e.g., psychology, sociology, counseling).
ENTRY/DEVELOPMENTAL
Entry is with a Bachelor's degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
Relevant experience must be performing HR activities (e.g., human capital, health/benefits, retirement, and recruitment) and customer service.
FULL PERFORMANCE
Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 7 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
Relevant experience must be performing HR activities (e.g., human capital, health/benefits, retirement, and recruitment) and customer service. Counseling or consulting experience is preferred.
SENIOR
Entry is with a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
Relevant experience must be performing HR activities (e.g., human capital, health/benefits, retirement, and recruitment), providing customer service, and providing HR-related counseling/consultation. Mentoring others in HR processes, briefing or public speaking, and formal or informal leadership is preferred.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
Salary offers are based on candidate's education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position.
Salary ranges vary by location and work level. This position is hiring for a variety of locations to include: Hawaii, Maryland, and Texas.
Salary Range: $47,297 - $172,075 (Entry/Developmental, Full Performance, Senior)
On-the-job training, Internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with basic 8 hour/day work requirements between 0600 and 1800 (flexible).
