Role / Title:
The position is for detail-oriented, strategically minded, with strong influencing skills to join our IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Transformation Office team. The role will support the in the running and continuous improvement of Kraft Heinz business cycle and in tracking and leading strategic projects and initiatives.
Key Components of the role:
Understanding key business drivers.
Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
Own the Integrated Business Planning workplan: working with MS Project, maintain main milestones, actions, and processes updated; highlight risks
Prepare and present various analyses to support the business
Interact cross functionally across the organization to get data and share analysis
Influence cross functional partners in project execution
Prepare excel models and templates
Maintain action logs and follow up with the owners
Prepare presentation decks, including to US Leadership
Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics
Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is preferred
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance / FP&A, or Accounting preferred
Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
FiT, Hyperion, and/or SAP skills preferred
Demonstrated strong analytical skills, as well as broad business acumen
Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and attention to detail skills; MS Project skills preferred
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work in a high intensity environment, managing multiple projects concurrently with limited direct supervision
Ability to work with and manage a broad variety of teams
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
