We are a small physician owned group of pediatricians practicing on the Seacoast of New Hampshire looking for a motivated, team player to join our practice. Pediatric Associates of Hampton and Portsmouth has been a staple in our community for over 55 years. Our group consists of 3 partners, 2 associates on a partner track and 4 nurse practitioners. We have two offices: one in Hampton and one in Portsmouth. Our practice is 100% outpatient with no hospital or nursery call or responsibilities. We take phone calls from our patient families 1 in 6 nights and work 1 in 6 weekends with morning sick visits.
We pride ourselves on not being a pediatric mill. We give ourselves 15 minutes for sick visits, 30 minutes for more complicated sick and med checks, 30 minutes for well-baby checks, and 45 minutes for teen well checks. We are salaried and not paid based on RVUs, which fosters a true collaborative environment.
We have an incredible work life balance with full time being a 4-day work week and have regularly scheduled time off. The Seacoast of NH is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. We are located 1 hour from Boston, MA, and Portland, ME, 2 hours from the White Mountains and minutes from the beach. Portsmouth boasts incredible award-winning restaurants, excellent opportunities for culture, art and music as well as all of the outdoor activities that you can imagine.
