The Solution Architect is responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of the Helpshift platform. You’ll be working with some of the world’s best known brands in gaming, retail and financial services. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with clients to develop innovative end-to-end mobile support experiences. You’ll be asked to tackle hard problems that haven’t yet been solved and build solutions at scale. To succeed, you’ll need to be a smart, driven technologist who is passionate about customer experience and eager to drive mission-critical initiatives with millions of dollars at stake.
Responsibilities
Interface directly with all client stakeholders (analysts up to C-level)
Architect, develop, and implement large-scale CRM systems for enterprise customers
Build complex workflows and automations utilizing the Helpshift platform
Integrate Helpshift with other back office systems
Mentor client teams (developers, IT, system administrators)
Work with Helpshift leadership to provide key insights / trends on product/service needs
Requirements
5+ years of experience architecting and developing consumer-facing applications
3+ years in a client-facing roles, leading technical projects and implementations for enterprise-level clients
2+ years’ experience mentoring junior and mid-level technical teams
Experience with iOS and Android SDK development
Experience with JSON and REST APIs
