Group leaders START at $13/hour! Performance based raises are given on a regular basis.

- All group leaders are required to be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- We are a Christ-centered staff made up of Christ-centered staff members! (That's a requirement!)
- Group leaders work Monday - Friday, 1:00 - 6:00pm.
- We want everyone to feel confident and well trained! New hires go through shadowing, orientation, and one on one training their first week!
