Work with Vice President, Event Content on developing and executing content and entertainment vision across all NFL events. Provide day-to-day direction to NFL's event production vendors in terms of production elements, schedules, resources, content related to NFL events. Work across NFL departments (Sponsorship, Marketing, Youth Football, Consumer Products, Media, Social) to make sure that NFL initiatives are appropriately supported within our events and to identity content efficiencies to make sure fans are seeing the best content at all times.

Work directly with Club Game Presentation departments and in lockstep with NFL Club Business Development Department to deepen relationships between League Office and clubs. Provide best practices and guidance to clubs in order to best enhance fan game experience at all levels of interaction with the League at live events.

Manage Coordinator, Event Content & Communications to work across multiple departments (Events, Creative, Digital Media, PR, Marketing, IT, Club Business Development, etc.) as well as event Host Committees to ensure information developed around NFL events is presented in a consistent and high-quality manner for fans, NFL partners, NFL staff and other constituents.

Essential Functions:
Work with internal NFL departments on understanding their live event priorities and integrating them into event content.
Work with NFL Events and other NFL departments to develop fan-facing and internal event information content for multiple platforms, including event apps, NFL Mobile, NFL.com and other digital and print resources.
Work with NFL Creative and external production vendors to drive creation and approval of creative elements for all NFL events based on each event's style guide.
Work with NFL Sponsorship and external production vendors to drive creation and approval of in-venue sponsor elements for all NFL events.
Work with NFL Media, external production vendors and other content resources, including NFL social media partners, to procure best quality and high engagement content for NFL events.
Work with external NFL production vendors on administrative needs including contract management, invoice management and processing, meeting logistics, travel planning, staffing and other event-specific needs.
Coordinate quarterly Game Presentation Steering Committee meetings and monthly calls. Set up logistics, solicit feedback, create agenda, take meeting notes and provide summaries and next steps.
Conduct regular feedback with clubs to understand and address their day-to-day concerns and how League Game Presentation can support them.
Work directly with CBD and other NFL departments on logistics, agenda and execution of annual Club Fan Engagement Workshop.
Work directly with Game Presentation Steering Committee, as well as all 32 clubs, on feedback on and planning for specific sessions at CFEW
Manage relationships with external music syndicators and submit NFL's event music usage in a timely manner and handle appropriate usage billing.
Manage, alongside CBD and NFL Legal, NFL's relationship w American Pyrotechnic Association and club training and compliance with APA guidelines.
Work with existing external vendors and keep apprised of industry trends to identify new fan engagement technologies and platforms for potential use at NFL events.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years in game presentation, television or other production and project management roles
Knowledge of current production and content technologies and methodologies

Preferred Education and Experience:
Direct production technology experience (editing systems, graphic design, etc) a plus

Ability to implement and meet deadlines and manage projects towards those deadlines
Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure, live-event environment
Ability to collaborate with all personalities at all levels of the organization and with external vendors and partners
Willingness to work long hours and travel for extended periods of time around events

Supervisory Responsibility:
Manage one direct report
Manage relationships with multiple internal partners and external vendors

Travel:
Extensive travel around planning and execution of NFL events

Expected Hours of Work:
Weekend work and extra hours around event commitments and deadlines

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
