We are seeking a strong Administrative Assistant & Sales Coordinator. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling performs duties such as coordination of meetings and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintains liaison with other departments sales order completion.
  • Daily sales for payroll funding eligibility. Assist with processing funding for independent contractors. * Must file and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Receive and upload contract documents to the customer files, review documents and determine contract length and buyout amounts
  • Ability to review and sum up the miscellaneous reports and documents approvals and denials.
  • Communicate and handle incoming telephone, email, or mail requests.
  • All insurance agents' orders and courtesy sales originating through mail
  • Performs other allied duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Exceptional writing and grammar skills
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to type 40 WPM minimum
  • Spanish is a plus but is not a requirement.
