Basic Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership/Management: Hire, manage, discipline and develop field personnel.Coordinate training requirements for field personnel. Commitment to the success of each crew member.
Job Scheduling: Order materials and schedule for delivery. Schedule field personnel. Schedule equipment.
Job Safety: Ensures foreman follows safety guidelines. Ensures safety equipment is on site and in working order. Report any incidents immediately and file accident reports if necessary.
Quality/Productivity: Monitor job specifications. Assure job progresses according to plan. Maintain good communication with the owner to inform him when job is scheduled, ordered, started, completed, or delayed.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience surveying, construction staking, GPS, Total Station, and/or machine control.
Minimum 5 years managing crews.
Army Corps of Engineers experience.
Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Excel based templates. AutoCAD a plus.
Able to pass a drug and background check.
Verifiable references.
Clean driving record.
