Job Description:
Human Resources Corporate Support:
Payroll & Timekeeping:
 Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, leave of absence
 Partners with managers to educate, track and communicate compliance with company policies and practices as well as federal and state regulations
 Audits HRIS for Leaves of Absence, Return to Work notifications
Talent Acquisition:
 Coordinate interview process for potential candidates.
 Assist with recruiting by coordinating interviews, conducting background investigations and
scheduling pre-employment physicals
 Coordinate with Talent Acquisition the onboarding process, initiate technology requests and
participate in new hire orientation.
 Assist with recruiting by coordinating interviews and facilitating background investigations with KOP HR
 Support Internship Program
o Ensure partnerships with core schools by keeping up with school events, such as meetings,
career fairs, etc.
o Process requisition on school career boards
o Summer intern coordination
o Track contingent requisitions for interns, coops

Pre-Hire & On-boarding:
 Facilitates all employment administrative activities regarding employment changes including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay changes, status changes, onboarding, wage adjustments and terminations for salaried workforce
 Partners with Sr HR Manager in the distribution of pre-hire paperwork, collects new hire information,completes I-9 verification via e-verify & reporting, roster updates
 Communicates to Corporate Talent Acquisitions eligible employees for the Employee Referral
program
 Conducts new hire orientation
 Tracking of pre-employment and new hire process
Benefits and HRIS:
 Owns the Internal Transfer process
 Ensures data integrity in HRIS (SAP) and other employee related systems
 Maintains employee personnel records
 Administration of Learning Management System database to include monthly status reports. (Are we taking this from Dawn?)
 Support HR Manager in the tracking of compensation transactions as it relates to our HR information systems e.g. HR e-forms / SAP forms for any changes.
 Process check requests as needed
 Update org charts quarterly and as changes occur
 Back-up and supplemental support to the HR Manager.

Administrative:
 Documents processes, and dashboards for HR team
 Complete month end reporting as directed.
 Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner – gathers appropriate data, analyzes information and recommends solutions
 Facilitates training and meeting sessions to employees
 Coordinates employee engagement activities
 All other projects and responsibilities as assigned
 Book and organize travel both domestically and globally for the Senior HR Manager and Global
Director of HR travel
 Process the expense reports for the Senior HR Manager and Global Director
 Process all HR related POs
 Process and track Short Term Disability Claims (STD). Process STD payments.
 Track FMLA claims through third party vendor.
 Back-up and supplemental support to the HR Manager.

ACTIVITIES
 Must be highly computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 SAP and Success Factors experience is a plus

ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Provide administrative support to the HR Team
 Maintain employee data in the HRMS system
 Provide administrative and human resources support to the Sartomer Exton facility.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
 Ability to work independently with minimal direction
 0 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Must be highly computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 SAP and Success Factors experience is a plus
