" Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
" At least of 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
At least 5 to 6 years of experience as Scrum Master. Have in-depth knowledge of SCRUM and be able to ensure Agile/SCRUM concepts and principles are adhered to.
Must be able to be a voice of reason and make the tough calls.
Have experience with size estimations and complexity of the work.
Facilitate discussions and facilitate alternatives or different approaches.
Lead a team to self-organization.
Build cause-effect linkages based on synthesized information and arrive at an optimal solution keeping in mind multiple stakeholders.
To be able to contribute to the completion of tasks that may extend beyond the role description, as required in a self-organized SCRUM team.
Be attentive to quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Understand backlog tracking, Burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
Have the ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Demonstrate keenness to understand customer problems, analyze trends in customer queries/issues, advices corrective actions & proactively innovate on quality of services.
Have experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment, To have the ability to make Agile work in distributed environments.
Track integration issues to closure.
Resolve interdependency issues.
End to end ownership.
Facilitate Quick decisions on deadlocks.
Have Good knowledge of quality metrics, code coverage and tools for the same.
Have knowledge of best practices & tools in configuration mgmt. (like TFS etc.), Good knowledge about Continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Ability to create/maintain user stories including non-functional user stories.
Work/collaborate/communicate with upper management, stakeholders and other external dependencies.
