Responsibilities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to the Architecture Lead in the New York City office
Work as part of collaborative integrated design team, work across disciplines to ensure an overall design fits together and satisfies each discipline’s individual requirements
Develop architectural designs into accurate models and drawings, and carry them through design and contract documentation.
Learn proper architectural, BIM and PS&S QA/QC protocols
Strategize and develop BIM models, and related design documentation and coordination
Develop sketches and 3D renderings and animations using various software applications
Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:
0-2 years of experience
Bachelors ands or Master’ degree from accredited Architecture program
Proficiency using 3D, Revit, BIM, and/or other CAD and 3D rendering software desired
MS Office Suite applications (e.g. WORD, Excel, PowerPoint); plus other graphic and rendering software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Lumion) helpful
Candidates should have strong written and oral communications skills, and ability to work well in collaborative team environment and be eager to learn and grow.
Self-starter with ambitious attitude is key, positive attitude
Problem Solving, able to tackle both large scale/conceptual level and detail/task level problems, experience resolving complex design and technical issues
Adaptability, comfortable to jump from project to project and stay abreast of all changes
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to conceptualize and design practical solutions
Comfortable in team environment, sharing roles and responsibilities
