The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the eCommerce digital marketing team in driving qualified traffic to the eCommerce websites to fuel revenue growth. This position will assist with the campaign management and reporting of our digital marketing channels, which include: paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, remarketing, and paid social. In an ever-changing digital world with multiple devices and evolving consumer buying habits, you will support marketing campaigns in a forward-thinking way to capture this opportunity. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is highly analytical, hyper creative, and eager to get involved in all aspects of eCommerce digital marketing.

Primary Duties
Assist with weekly marketing reporting, in-depth analyses, and ad-hoc requests across digital marketing channels.
Coordinate testing in paid search campaigns to drive performance through ad copy, landing page, and product feed optimizations.
Support execution of affiliate marketing programs. Assist with compliance monitoring and program optimizations and testing.
Support execution of display, remarketing, and paid social programs. Assist with production of effective creatives and testing of advanced audience segmentations.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to facilitate design processes. Identify and coordinate creative testing and optimizations across multiple brands and tactics.
Write consumer focused website copy and product descriptions to drive consumers to their desired destination with SEO best practices in mind.
Contribute tactically to SEO on-page optimization and best practices to drive relevant keyword traffic and promote a positive consumer experience based on search intent.
Ensure messaging and content is accurate, relevant, and consistent across brands and channels, with assistance from management.
Work with marketing specialists and managers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the business objectives for each site and brand.
Support conversion rate optimization for eCommerce sites to drive growth across digital marketing tactics.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, economics, or related field
1+ years of digital and/or eCommerce marketing experience
Technical knowledge relevant to typical eCommerce environment a plus
Experience with Google AdWords and/or Facebook Ads Manager a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
Highly motivated and result-orientated
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and duties
Strong analytical mind with an capacity to think creatively
Solid organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment. Some travel required.
