We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager (IOM) to lead planning, design, procurement, and implementation of facility projects. As a member of the Research and Exploratory Development Department (REDD), you will collaborate with teams of internal stakeholders across APL to develop and execute facility initiatives to include new facility projects, renovations and upgrades , staff work space and space planning.
As the IOM you will…
Become the go to resource for REDD for space planning and allocation, facility maintenance, management and equipment installation.
Establish strong relationships with REDD management, as well as internal and external stakeholders to manage entire facility project lifecycles, delivering near term solutions and strategic positioning of REDD space and facilities.
Communicate, collaborate, and execute projects utilizing internal enterprise services such as Construction, Space Planning, Procurement, Financial Planning, Security, and IT to ensure final deliverables comply with all policies and procedures, and meet technical requirements.
Partner with REDD’s Central Operations finance team to monitor and oversee all of the financial components related to REDD facilities and space planning.

Possess a BS Degree in an engineering or business related field, or equivalent/relevant professional level experience may be substituted.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with proven successful performance in construction or operations management.
Have a positive attitude, superior organization and document management skills, and are extremely detailed oriented.
Are skilled in MS Office to include MS Excel, Word, Project, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Are willing and able to work on dynamic projects, have the ability to prioritize numerous concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional extended hours and travel needed.
Are able to obtain a Secret security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
