We are currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant/Jr.
Accounting Clerk to join our Collections
Department in our Calabasas Corporate Office. Schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Collections
Department in processing tenant files and filing of all corresponding documents.
Process mail and scanning
Create and prepare heavy
correspondence to tenants.
Enter notes and data entry
into Software program (Yardi) and Excel.
Follow up with Accounts
Receivable Specialist regarding tenant files as needed.
Box tenant files for storage.
Assist with any other
accounting projects as requested
1-2 years of experience as an office
clerk in an office or corporate atmosphere
Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to prioritize
daily duties and exercise good time management
Ability to type 40 WPM
Basic knowledge of office equipment (fax machines, scanners, copiers, printers
Must be detailed oriented and highly organized.
Must possess a professional attitude and demeanor.
