`Responsibilities`
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring they reflect current trends and customer preferences
- Monitor the quality of beverages served, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant area, following health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for banquets or special events
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products, making recommendations for improvements or additions to the bar menu
`Qualifications`
- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, beverage service, and bar operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems including Toast for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
