Job Duties:

  • Oversee Master's level Clinical Supervisors
  • Conduct monthly site visits in the field with the MA level Clinical Supervisors as clinically needed or dictated by funding sources
  • Review all reports for compliance with funding source requirements and clinical quality
  • Meet with MA level supervisors monthly to discuss clinical programs and policy/procedure changes
  • Mentorship of MA level supervisors in management of DSPs, professional goals, clinical skills
  • Directly supervise programs as needed
  • Meet monthly with Clinical Director or Executive Director
  • Understand and implement plans to address supervisory needs including: Clinical Prescription fulfillment needs, staffing issues, management issues
  • As needed participate in development of special projects including: Clinical program development, staff training
  • Based on the caseload, there is a billing requirement that will range between 90-110 hours per month based on discussion between the Sr. Clinical Supervisor and the Director

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program, required
  • BCBA Certification, required

This position is a salaried, exempt, and full-time position.
