The Business Development Manager will develop new business to meet sales growth targets all while exemplifying our company values of character and integrity that promotes Indepak’s thriving reputation in the marketplace.

To ensure success, we’ve identified the minimum qualifications for this position as:

10 years proven experience in thermoforming Sales / Marketing; Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or related experience in business management; Ability to understand customer needs, applications, technical concepts and business requirements to deliver mutually beneficial solutions to customers; Technical aptitude. Ability to understand 3 dimensional shapes, concepts, drawings, prints, mechanical concepts, dimensional tolerances; Ability to establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships; Excellent use of all communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening); Computer skills-proficiency in MS Office, CRM management (SalesForce); Ability to travel locally or out of state.
