We are currently seeking an Employee Success Manager to help us recruit and manage fun, energetic, and creative direct therapists. Duties include overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and retention process for Behavior Reimagined and examining patterns in offers/acceptances/resignations.
-Master’s from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: applied behavior analysis, early childhood development/education, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology, human resources or related field.
-Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent work experience also accepted.
-Two years of experience in human resources, employee relations or related role
-Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
-Experience working with youth or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders or related developmental disabilities preferred
-Computer and internet connection a must
