Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year helpdesk/call center experience
- Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems,
- Experience working with Microsoft OS, VPN connectivity and remote support over the phone , No User IT support is required. IT support is limited but basic operating system knowledge is needed.
- Support 24X7 support shifts to include holidays, weekends,
- All calls will be coming in from US Citizens requesting support with establishing IA accounts,
- Assisting with questions and requests for information from citizen on how to get support
All technicians will be required to go through training the first couple of days and then will be issued laptops and other equipment., then will support on a remote basis.
