To provide pastoral care such as visitation, counseling, religious rituals and worship to patients, significant others and staff. To perform administrative duties, pursue personal/professional growth and maintain community relationships. To participate in educational experiences for the community, hospital staff, churches and the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program.

Include check with application and make payable to "UAB Pastoral Care." the successful candidate(s) must be available to begin the residency program on August 31, 2020 and remain through the completion of September 3, 2021.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of service with a faith community required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Master of Divinity Degree and one Unit of a Clinical Pastoral Education program preferred.
