We are seeking a you for a Senior Hardware Program Manager to lead one of our next generation Xbox consoles. Our definition of program management is one of the most comprehensive, most complex, and most relevant in the industry. You are held accountable to every element of the program. Are you ready?

The role requires some domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Define, scope and lead end to end experiences across various teams
Deliver a set of compelling and magnificent experiences to our customers
Partner with various teams both internal and external, across engineering, design, marketing and leadership to envision and align scenario objectives from initial concept to volume production
Plan a path across multiples teams to deliver and lead and track delivery to the scenario vision
You are challenged to meet program goals for product performance, quality, safety/compliance regulatory requirements, product cost, schedule, and development budget
Qualifications

Qualifications:
BS or MS in engineering
7 + years of experience in program Management

Other Qualifications:
Strong program management skills with 7 + years in building and delivering products to market
MBA or equivalent Business degree considered as plus
Held responsibility for the creation of functional specifications, project schedules and program plan to deliver components, assemblies and/or products.
Knowledge of statistical process control methodology and application in assessing design margin and production quality.
A real passion for amazing customer experiences and seeking huge challenges
Validated critical thinking and questioning skills
Strong technical background with a real passion for shipping product
Confirmed ability to identify cross-team differences, lead a positive collaboration and resolve issues Responsibilities:
Manage program budgets, NRE profiles, capital equipment expenditures, R&D resource allocation decisions, program schedules to align with strategic business objectives.
Help run supply chain details in logistics, communications, work you're doing, technical specifications, costing, quality problems, etc.
Applying standard methodologies and formal processes of Program management and Engineering Quality.
Organize, present, and document technical and program reviews/status to Senior Management.
Organize and lead development builds at the contract manufacturers.
Explore and understand competitive landscape in both product and business terms.
Domestic and international travel required.
