What is the Alto Financial Advisor| Advisor Trainee Program? Our Financial Advisor Trainee Program is not just training; it’s a 13-week journey designed to overcome common barriers to success in financial services. This program is ideal for individuals seeking to excel and redefine excellence in the industry.
The program offers a fast track to learning the financial services industry, empowering you to establish a successful retirement planning practice. During the program, you will receive:
- Access to Alto University: A comprehensive suite of courses covering all aspects of client engagement and advanced financial planning.
- Daily Mentorship: Daily guidance from industry leaders with a proven track record of substantial earnings.
- Hands-On Client Experience: Collaborating with your coach to provide financial planning for clients until you’re ready to operate independently.
- Pre-Set Appointments: A minimum of 10 pre-set virtual or phone appointments per week with potential clients for the first 10 weeks.
- License Prep Support: Discounts on Life & Health Insurance License prep courses (required before attending University) and Series 65 License prep (required within your first 12 months).

- Education & Experience: A college degree is preferred but not required. Substantial professional experience is also considered.
- Full-Time Commitment: A commitment to working full-time, dedicating 40-50 hours per week, especially during the first 13 weeks.
- Licensing: Life and Health Insurance Licenses are required before attending University, and a Series 65 License is needed within 12 months.
