Full Job Description
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across our US based team. You will partner with business units to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. You will maintain an effective level of business literacity about each business unit’s financial plans, culture, and competition while delivering services such as compensation management, employee relations, onboarding, payroll management, training and development, resource planning and compliance management. You will manage a team of People Specialists providing leadership, counseling and supervision.

Specifically, You Will:
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations Team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention to enhance overall company culture.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, keeping up-to-day with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Lead our US Reach Culture committee in implementing engagement and volunteer activities each quarter across our US offices.
Oversee benefits and payroll administration for the US.
Work with People Operations team based in India and local People Specialists to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding process for all new hires and help to lead new hire orientation for Associates.
Assist with developing a resource management program, working with service line managers to identify resources with relevant skill sets and capacity for upcoming projects and help redeploy resources appropriately.
Assist with the execution of the performance management system that includes performance development plans.
Lead strategic projects as needed.
Ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Prior experience with implementing a new HRIS system is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions or operations positions.
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training, preferred.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
