We are working with a prestigious Asset Manager in Stamford, CT on a possible temp to hire administrative assistant role. Responsibilities are below. For immediate consideration, a resume must be submitted.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and conference calls,
  • Make appointments,
  • Lead technology setups
  • Book conference rooms, and organize meetings for an expanding Academy team
  • Coordinate traveling planning for all team members
  • Create and process expense reports for team members and submit invoices for external vendors
  • Manage phone coverage for the team and set up conference calls as needed
  • Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations etc.), if required
  • Manage subscriptions, purchasing for ad-hoc team materials, and coordinate shipping

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of entry level work experience
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement when handling a high volume of queries
  • Capability to develop strong working relationships with others across the firm and externally including but not limited to: vendors, clients, investors, brokers
  • Operate with a high level of discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to anticipate work, multi-task, and prioritize assignments
  • Highly organized, strong ability to multi-task, and detail oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour
