We are seeking a litigation paralegal with at least two years of experience to help manage document discovery, conduct legal research, and analyze corporate filings, structures and history. The applicant must also have experience in managing day-to-day operations of a firm. These additional duties include but are not limited to client relations, travel arrangements, correspondence, docketing, excel spreadsheets, tracking financial records, and file maintenance. The applicant must have a college degree, be soft spoken, energetic, articulate, able to work independently, have the ability handle collateral matters, be comfortable in a small office environment and have had some formal paralegal training. Our practice includes federal district court and appellate court litigation, providing advice on environmental matters that affect business transactions, and helping to control costs associated with environmental cleanups.
