Ross & Shulga PLLC is a law firm (6 attorneys) in the Financial District. We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized bookkeeper, office manager & HR specialist on a full-time basis, with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities include:

  • ADP payroll administration
  • bookkeeping using Quickbooks
  • answering phones
  • file management
  • general office management duties
  • invoicing
  • providing HR duties (recruiting, on and off boarding, maintaining employee files, overseeing HR compliance, insurances, and employee benefits).

An ideal candidate would be a self-starter and problem-solver, with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and friendly outgoing personality.

Must know Quickbooks. Prior HR experience is required. Paralegal skills and prior law firm experience are a plus.

References will be checked. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $40,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience. Vacation, holidays, sick days, and benefits.
