NGP VAN + EveryAction is looking for a creative and talented content writer to join the Marketing team. You will be part of the team responsible for driving pipeline contributions, attracting website traffic and expanding our digital footprint by creating high quality blog content. This role requires a high level of creativity, ability to take on a variety of tasks, and attention to detail.

What you will do:
Blog on an ongoing basis (pitch and produce 1-2 blog posts a week) to support and promote offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, email subscribers, etc.
Assist with creation of digital marketing campaigns such as downloadable guides, templates, and other resources to drive leads, subscribers, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and other important metrics.
Collaborate with in-house designers, product marketers, sales associates, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests.
Regularly pitch the team on creative ideas that are worth investing time and effort in. This role is the creative core of the marketing and sales teams, and others will rely on your work regularly.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and/or digital practices, past experience working at a nonprofit highly preferred
Past experience producing digital content, ideally blogging or other short-form writing
EveryAction/NGP VAN CRM, Marketo CMS, Salesforce CRM, knowledge a huge plus
HTML/CSS and/or Drupal knowledge a plus
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions
